Scott McInnis

Steve Scott McInnis ( born May 9, 1953 in Glenwood Springs, Colorado) is an American politician. Between 1993 and 2005 he represented the third electoral district of the state of Colorado in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Career

Scott McInnis visited the Glenwood Springs High School and then the Mesa College in Grand Junction. He later continued his education at Fort Lewis College, where he studied law, and the St. Mary's University in San Antonio continues (Texas ). There he finished his studies in 1980. In the following years worked as a police officer McInnis in Glenwood Springs. He was also director of a hospital and worked as a lawyer.

Politically, McInnis became a member of the Republican Party. From 1983 to 1993 he was a delegate in the House of Representatives from Colorado.
