Scott Rand ( born July 4, 1975 in Coventry) is a professional English darts player who is a member of the Professional Darts Corporation. He currently occupies the 45th place in the world ranking of the PDC Order of Merit. His nickname is Cool Hand and he is sponsored by Target. Before devoting himself to professional darts sport he earned his living as a professional driver. The successes so far in the PDC brought him £ 81.950 a.
