Scout Records

Scout Records was the first operated in the late 1960s, relatively short-lived record label of the concert and tour promoters Horst Lippmann and Fritz Rau, before 1979 their label L R Records founded.

A total of seven albums was released with blues recordings on the Scout label, including next three samplers a solo album of Howlin 'Wolf guitarist Hubert Sumlin, the ( federal ) German edition of the first solo album by JB Lenoir, and the images of American Folk Blues festival of 1969 and 1970., where a triple- LP was released with recordings of the German Jazz Festival Frankfurt 1970.
