Seaweed fertiliser

Seaweed fertilizer is a fertilizer on the basis of algae. Due to its content of potash, nitrogen, phosphorus, and its high content of trace elements such as magnesium, it is an important fertilizer, especially in organic gardens.

Commercially available seaweed fertilizer consists mainly of dried green and brown algae. Algae other hand, consists of dead, encrusted with minerals algae, especially the red alga Lithothamnium calcareum.
