SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment (until 2009 Busch Entertainment Corporation, shortly BEC) is a theme park operator based in St. Louis, Missouri and subsidiaries of The Blackstone Group. This company is responsible for the care and management of ten leisure, adventure and water parks in the United States. According to information from the operator in 2006 recorded a figure of 21.7 million overnight stays, the company therefore is the fifth - size theme park operators in the world. The result, the company was in the late 1950s from the intention to operate all Busch Gardens parks from a central administrative unit. The company is based in St. Louis, Missouri, USA.

Among the topics of the park include both rides and attractions with animals. Shown are there, for example marine animals or wild animals. The amusement parks are basically divided into three categories. These include Busch Gardens, SeaWorld and Water Park.

In summer 2008, the headquarters of the company to Orlando, Florida is to be laid.

In a press conference on 28 February 2008 it was announced that BEC plans to build by 2012 an amusement park with SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, Discovery Cove and Aquatica in Dubai.

In 2009 the company was sold by Anheuser -Busch InBev to the Blackstone Group.
