Sebastian Aho

Sebastian Aho ( born February 17, 1996, Umeå, Sweden ) is a Swedish professional ice hockey player who stands since 2011 as a defender at Skellefteå AIK Hockey Svenska ligands under contract.

Career

Sebastian Aho came in the 2009/10 season to the first missions in the U16 youth team of IF Björklöven. He could already prepare three goals this season, although he played only five games. In the following season he was able to record three assists, for which he only needed three matches this time. In the season 2010/11 Aho also managed the climb in the J18 team, for which he 27 Matches Matches.

For the season 2011/12 Aho then moved to the Swedish tradition Club Skellefteå AIK, he ran on for the J18 team. The 2012/13 season he spent in Skellefteå. He played for the J18 - team (2 games) and the J20 team (38 games). He also got his first and only season for the game for the first team of Skellefteå AIK. In the 2013/14 season Aho now plays regularly for the first team.

Internationally

In the season 2011/12 Sebastian Aho was the first time in the jersey of the U16 national team of his native country Sweden on the ice. He was even appointed team captain and was unable to reach goals but only 6 assists in 11 games. In the following season he was able to contribute as an assistant captain with four assists to win the U17 WHC. He also came to inserts in the Under-18 team and was able to achieve this with the gold medal of the U17 WHC.
