Sebastian Fitzek

David Sebastian Fitzek ( born October 13, 1971 in Berlin ) is a German writer and journalist. Its total circulation worldwide is approximately 4.5 million books sold and he is thus one of the most successful German writers.

Life

Sebastian Fitzek was born in 1971 in Berlin. He continues to live in his home town and works in the program manager of the Berlin radio station 104.6 RTL. He studied law until the first state examination, received his doctorate in copyright law and then worked as chief editor and program director for several radio stations in Germany.

Fitzek wrote as co-author, together with the name researcher Jürgen Udolph the nonfiction professor Udolphs Book of Names, which is published by Bertelsmann in 2005. Der Spiegel bestseller was a template for the television format Germany - your name was involved in its development Fitzek. The program was broadcast in March 2006 by ZDF moderated Johannes B. Kerner.

According to information Fitzek was influenced in his childhood by Enid Blyton, Michael Ende and Alfred Weidenmann. Later, it was Stephen King, Michael Crichton and John Grisham. Today Sebastian Fitzek reads everything by Harlan Coben.

  • In the 13th edition of his novel The therapy page 45 is wrong. Instead of the correct side side 31 was reprinted. The author provided comments by January 14, 2009 on his website, and rejected the suggestion that this would be a detail of his book.
