Sebastian Lander

Sebastian Lander ( born March 11, 1991 Køge ) is a Danish rail and road racing cyclist.

Sebastian Lander in 2006 and 2007 Danish title in the points race the junior class. In 2008 he won the silver medal in the Madison at the European Championships Track Cycling in Pruszków. In the next year he became national champion in Madison along with Christian Creutzfeldt. At the Junior World Championships 2009 in Moscow Lander won the bronze medal at Madison and he became world champion in the points race.

On the road, Sebastian Lander won the 2007 gold medal in the road race in the European Youth Olympics. When ASVÖ Radjugentour in Austria, he won three stages and so could the Appreciation decide for themselves. The next year he won stages at the Giro di Toscana, the Trofeo Karlberg and the Grand Prix Général Patton, where he was also the first in the overall standings. At the World Junior Championship in Cape Town, he won the bronze medal in the road race. In addition, Lander decided the two Italian one-day races Memorial Pietro Merelli and Trofeo Comune di Vertova for themselves. In the 2009 season he was successful at stages of the Youth Tour, the Tour de Ascension and the Tre Ciclistica Bresciana and he won the overall title of the Youth Tour, as well as the bike Buster Junior Cup. Since 2010 Lander goes for the Danish Team Concordia Forsikring - Himmerlands.
