Sedgemoor

Sedgemoor is a District in the county of Somerset in England. Administrative center is the city of Bridgwater; significant sights are Burnham- on-Sea, Cheddar and North Petherton.

The district was formed on 1 April 1974 and evolved from the merger of the Municipal Borough Bridgwater, the Urban District Burnham -on-Sea and the Rural Districts Bridgwater and Ashbrigde.
