The Seikei University (Japanese成 蹊 大学, Seikei daigaku ) is a private university in Japan. It is located in Musashino in Tokyo Prefecture.

History

The school was (中 村 春 二, 1877-1924 ) as a private school Seikei -en (成 蹊 园, dt " Seikei Garden" ) founded in 1906 by Nakamura Haruji. It was developed by Nakamura's former school friends Iwasaki Koyata (岩崎 小 弥 太), who later became leader of the Mitsubishi Zaibatsu, and Imamura shigezo (今 村 繁 三), a banker, supported economically.
