Semenkare Nebnuni

Nebennu, (or: Nebnun ) ( proper name ), with the throne name Semen -ka- Re was an Ancient Egyptian King (Pharaoh) of the 13th dynasty ( Second Intermediate Period ). He reigned about 1739 BC

From this ruling is known in addition to the entry in the Turin Royal Canon only a stele from the Gebel time (Eastern Desert). This stele shows him on one side before Ptah, south of his wall, and on the other since before Horus, Lord of the foreign countries. The stele is made of faience. The duration of his reign is usually indicated with a year and dated by Krauss / Franke about 1739 BC.
