Sequestration (law)

The sequester held for more than one person jointly, any instrument deposited with him thing. The sequester is after completion of the litigation between the depositing people give out the thing to the person who is the beneficiary of them.

In attempting to enforce, the sequestrum as trustee for the debtor (as substitute) - unlike the bailiff for the creditor - worked. Sequestration extends only to movables.
