Sergei Sedov

Sergei Lvovitch Sedov (Russian: Сергей Львович Седов; * March 21, 1908, † 1937 in Vorkuta ) was the youngest son of Leon Trotsky and NATALIA.

When his parents were expelled from the USSR in 1928, he remained in the Soviet Union. With his father and his mother, he kept regular correspondence with them of a last letter ended on December 12, 1934 on his part. Sedov had refused to testify against his parents, and was deported then. Finally, he was murdered in 1937 in the camp Vorkuta, without ever having again been in contact with his parents.

Sergei Sedov had worked for a university degree in mathematics and mechanics as a teacher at a technical college. He followed his father is not in politics.

In 1988 he was officially rehabilitated in the USSR.
