Sergey Klimov (cyclist)

Sergei Alexandrovich Klimov (Russian: Сергей Александрович Климов; born 7 July 1980) is a Russian cyclist.

Sergei Klimov was 1998 junior world champion in the points race on the track. In 2001, he won on the road a stage of the Tour de Normandie. His first World Cup race on the track he won in 2002 in Moscow in the team pursuit, where he was successful in 2003. In 2006 he won the Russian national team pursuit in Los Angeles and a year later at the Track Cycling World Cup 2006/2007 he was the points race in Manchester successful.
