Sergey Zvyagin
Sergei Jewgenjewitsch Swjagin (Russian: Сергей Евгеньевич Звягин; born February 17, 1971 in Moscow, Russian SFSR ) is a retired Russian professional ice hockey goaltender.

Career
Sergei Swjagin began his career as a hockey player with Krylia Sovetov Moscow, where he was active in the Russian Super League from 1990 to 1993. Then he played in the following season for their league rivals HK CSKA Moscow, and the Russian Penguins - a selection of CSKA players who played some games against teams from the North American International Hockey League for marketing reasons. Like his former colleague goalkeeper Nikolai Chabibulin remained Swjagin in North America and ran from 1994 to 1996 for the Detroit Falcons in the Colonial Hockey League and from 1996 to 1999 for the Quad City Mallards of the United Hockey League on. The Mallards, he won the Colonial Cup in 1996 and 1997, and in 1997 the Tarry Cup.
In the 1999/2000 season was Swjagin for GEC Nordhorn and Crocodiles Hamburg from the 2nd hockey league between the posts, before he again played from 2000 to 2002 in the United Hockey League, where he prevented for the Adirondack Ice Hawks goals. During the 2001/ 02 season, the goalie returned to Russia, where he was under contract with HK Dynamo Moscow initially from 2002 to 2005 for Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk, and then another three years. With Dynamo Moscow he won the 2006 IIHF European Champions Cup. The 2007/08 season ended Swjagin Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod, before he was hired in the summer of 2008 Lokomotiv Yaroslavl. As a substitute of Georgi Gelashvili he completed five games of the main round and a playoff game in the newly formed Kontinental Hockey League. The season 2009/10 he spent the first KHL Vityaz Chekhov team and finally at the Flint Generals in the IHL. He then ended his career.
Internationally
For the USSR Swjagin took part in the U20 World Youth Championship in 1991. For Russia, he played at the World Championships in 2005 and 2006.
