Sergio Marinangeli

Sergio Angeli Marin ( born July 2, 1980 in Gualdo Cattaneo, Italy ) is an Italian racing cyclist.

Sergio Angeli Marin began his career in 2003 with the Italian cycling team Domina Vacanze Elitron. In 2004 he finished tenth in the Tour of Germany and was allowed to start in the Tour de France, but he gave up on 13 Etappentag. Since 2005, Marin Angeli riding for the Italian Professional Continental team Naturino - Sapore di Mare. In his first season he won the first stage of the Tour of Austria in the sprint against Eric Leblacher and then also took over the leader's jersey. In 2006 he was among other third at the Giro del Veneto and later won the GP Beghelli.
