Seth Wescott

Seth Wescott ( born June 28, 1976 in Durham, North Carolina) is an American snowboarder.

Wescott began at the age of eight years to ski and discovered two years later, the snowboarding. Since 1989 sporty, it focuses exclusively on the snowboard. After the World Champion title in 2005 he won the gold medal in the first Olympic snowboard cross at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin. This title he successfully defended four years later at the Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver.

Just a day thereafter, the Swiss Tanja Frieden, was romantically involved with Wescott at this time, also become Olympic champion in the snowboard cross.
