Seweryn Krajewski

Seweryn Krajewski ( born January 3, 1947 in Nowa Sól ) is a Polish pop musician, singer, guitarist and composer.

Life

Krajewski graduated from high school in the early 1960s at a music school in Gdansk. He was a member of the popular beat bands Czerwono - Czarni and Czerwone Gitary in the 1960s. In 1965 he created, together with Krzysztof Klenczon for Czerwone Gitary numerous hits. Under the name Red guitar, the band also in the GDR with the German versions of their hits was a popular band with major record successes. Krajewski also had numerous solo successes. The band Czerwone Gitary he left until 1997. He also wrote film scores and hits for other artists, such as Niech zyje bal ( dt " On the Ball" ) for Maryla Rodowicz on a text by Agnieszka Osiecka. Krajewski is an icon of pop music for many Poles.
