The Ski -og Fotballklubben Trygg was a Norwegian sports club founded in 1907 from Oslo, who was known primarily for its hockey department.

History

The Ski -og Fotballklubben Trygg was founded in 1907. The Hockey section of the club was in the 1934/35 season of the founding members of the highest Norwegian league and won this season also the first team ever to the Norwegian league title. This success was repeated in the season 1937/38 the team. Last played the Hockey department first class in the season 1938/39.

The Bandyabteilung of Trygg won the 1921 championship title. In addition, there was a football section in the club, from, among others, the 25- times capped player Jacob Berner emerged.
