Shaanxi Y-9
The Shaanxi Y -9 or Yunshuji -9 (Chinese运-9 ) is a medium -weight transport medium range of the Chinese company Shaanxi Aircraft Corporation.
History
The development of the Y -9 began in September 2005 as a redesign of a stretched variant of the Y -8, but it was between 2007 and 2008 temporarily stopped due to the higher priority of the Y- 8GX. The first flight to have occurred on November 5, 2010. End of November 2011 the prototype # 741 was first sighted in the testing center in Xian Yanglian.
