Shadrack Hoff

Shadrack Hoff ( born May 19, 1973 in Vryburg ) is a South African long-distance runner.

Hoff was five times South African champion, twice each in the 5000 -meter run (1993, 2001) and in the half marathon (1999, 2000) and once in the 1500 -meter run (1996). About 5000 meters he took part in the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta in part, however, different in the semi-final round.

In 1999, he came at the World Cross Country Championships in Belfast on rank 27 and at the World Half Marathon Championships in Palermo ranked 94th Zevenheuvelenloop When he finished fourth.

In 2000, he was the Rotterdam Marathon in 23rd place, and he was second in the Boilermaker Road Race in 2001 and won the Virginia Beach Half Marathon. The following year he was behind his compatriot Hendrick Ramaala second in the World's Best 10K, finishing at the World Half Marathon Championships in Brussels sixth place. 2003 Hoff won the 20 van Alphen and was third at the Boilermaker Road Race, he finished second at the Enschede Marathon 2005.
