Shah Shuja (Mughal prince)

Shah Shuja (* 1616, † 1660) was the second son of the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan and his chief wife, Mumtaz Mahal. He tried 1657/58 in vain, to succeed his father as Grand Mogul. When the brother fighting for the domination of the Mughal Empire he lost his younger brother Aurangzeb. Shah Shuja was murdered in 1660 in exile in Burma.
