Shaib

The Scheichtum Shaib (Arabic Shu ʿ ayb شعيب ) was a state within the South Arabian Federation, after it was briefly part of the Federation of Arab Emirates of the South. The area is now part of the Republic of Yemen. His last was Sheikh Yahya Mohamed Al- Kholaqi Al- Saqladi, who was ousted in 1967 and died in 2001 in Jeddah. The Scheichtum went in 1967 in the People's Democratic Republic of Yemen.

Geographically, the small Binnenscheichtum between the Yemeni provinces of Upper - Yafa, Maflahi and Saudi Arabia was located.
