Shane Willis

Career

Willis first played from 1994 to 1997 at the Prince Albert Raiders of the Western Hockey League. During the 1996/97 season he moved to league rivals Lethbridge Hurricanes. In the same year he was elected to the East First All-Star team and won the WHL with the Hurricanes the President's Cup. Internationally

Willis represented his native country at the Junior World Championship 1997 in Switzerland. The Canadian team with a 2-0 victory over arch-rivals USA won the gold medal there. Willis came here in all seven tournament games used.
