Shanghai International Film Festival

The International Film Festival Shanghai (Chinese上海 国际 电影 节, pinyin Shànghǎi Guoji diànyǐngjié ), also known as Shanghai International Film Festival ( SIFF ) is known, one of the largest international film festivals in the world.

Founded in Shanghai in 1993, already was the first festival of 300,000 spectators, including 200 journalists attended. 167 films from 33 countries ran in competition and in the Panorama section.
