Shanghai Petrochemical (full name Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Company Limited (Chinese:中国 石化 上海 石油 化工 股份有限公司Zhong guó shí huà Shàng hǎi Shi You Huà gōng gǔ Fen yǒu Xiàn gōng sī ) ) is a Chinese company based in Shanghai.

The company is a subsidiary of the Chinese company Sinopec. Shanghai Petrochemical is one of the largest petrochemical companies in the People 's Republic of China. The company produces various petroleum-based products.
