Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility

The Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility ( SSRF ) is a synchrotron opened in 2009 in Shanghai. In their storage ring with a circumference of 432 m, electrons are injected with an energy of 3.5 giga ( GeV ). Currently, the SSRF is still under construction and it can be performed at seven stations experiments with synchrotron radiation, the focus is on X-ray diffraction with photon energies of 250 eV to 72 keV. After completion, it will be about 60 stations.
