Shaoyang
Shaoyang (邵阳 市) is a prefecture -level city in the Chinese province of Hunan. Shaoyang has an area of 20,829 km ² and approximately 7.24 million inhabitants ( 2004). The city is a transport and trade center in the upper Zi Valley. In Shaoyang Shaoyang the dialect of Xiang is spoken.
