Shark Jaws

Shark JAWS JAWS also (Shark Engl. Shark for Jaws for pine) is an arcade game that was released in 1975 by Atari. It is based on the film Jaws ( original title Jaws ) and was the first game with animated characters.

Game Description

The operation of this black / white game is pretty easy. The player controls the character of a diver with harpoon and has to catch a small fish, which appears at a random location on the screen. He has to avoid a shark, who opens his mouth and closes. For each caught fish, players receive points that will be displayed at the top of the screen gets. In contrast to animals, the diver can not swim out of the screen. The game length can be adjusted from the vending machine and is 1 to 3 ½ minutes. Later games usually have a limited number of " gaming experience ".

Hardware
