Sheffield United (Hongkong)

Sheffield United is a club based in Chengdu, China, which was founded in 2008 as a junior team Chengdu Blades. The aim of the foundation was to give young players more match practice. The club took the place of Lanwa Redbull into the premier league of Hong Kong. Sheffield United plays its home games at Mong Kok Stadium.

The name and club logo are based on the English club Sheffield United, which is owned by the Chengdu Blades since 2006.
