Sheila McKinnon

Sheila McKinnon is a Canadian photographer and journalist.

Life

McKinnon lived the majority of her life in Italy. She is married to an Italian and actually carries the name Sheila Nardulli. She is the mother of actress Cariddi Nardulli and -down in an accident killed child stars ITACO Nardulli.

McKinnon works as a photographer and journalist based in Asia, Africa and Europe. Her work has appeared in international magazines and newspapers such as The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times and Newsweek, but also in many Italian and German publications such as The World. McKinnon is also working with humanitarian organizations such as UNICEF and FAO.

Her exhibition Invisible Women and the Environment was presented during the G8 meeting in Sicilian Syracuse in April 2009 by the Italian Ministry of Environment.
