Sheila Noakes, Baroness Noakes

Sheila Valerie Noakes, Baroness Noakes, of Goudhurst in the County of Kent DBE (birth name: Sheila Valerie Masters, born June 23, 1949) is a British politician and business manager of the Conservative Party, which is since 2000 member of the House of Lords.

Life

Study and career

After the visit of Eltham Hill Grammar School, she studied law at the University of Bristol and began her professional career in 1970 as an auditor at KPMG.
