Action

Gaurav Gupta aka GG is a well known building contractor from Bombay. His next project represents his greatest challenge yet: he wants to build a paradise city outside of Bombay. But he desperately needed the land by Guru Srinath Vardhan, a former industrialist who in a small village leads a spiritual life now. But Guru would for anything in the world to sell his land, which would mean the ruin of the Basic Law, since it has already invested millions in the project.

Jaidev " Jai " Vardhan is the son of Guru Srinath Vardhan and travels to Bombay. There he made the acquaintance of Natasha, GG's girlfriend. GG and Natasha seduce Jai with all the luxurious things that he did not know from home. Jai begins to enjoy life - he smokes, gets drunk, plays and going to parties - despite the warnings of his childhood friend Madhavi. GG recognizes Jais frivolity and uses his chance to exploit its aid and to tear the country itself.

Almost too late Jai recognizes his mistakes and really wants to change for the better - and fulfill his father's dream, which is to replant the landscape. With the help of the media, he puts GGs image and that of the politician Amrit Patil in poor light. Ultimately, GG has to give up the project and all are happy again.
