The Shilka (Russian Шилка ) is 555 km long left or northern source of the river Amur in Russia's Siberia.
The river on which the city is the same Shilka, is produced in Russia from the union of Ingoda and Onon and is navigable from Nertschinsk. It controls the Russian- Chinese border, and joins some 65 km west of the Chinese Xilinji, the main town of the district Mohe with the Argun ( Ergun ) for Amur ( Heilong Jiang). Larger tributaries are Nercha and Kuenga, both from the left
