Shiloh is a city in St. Clair County in the western part of the U.S. state of Illinois. In 2000, Shiloh had 7,643 inhabitants.
The city is part of the Metro - East region called that includes the eastern part of Illinois lying in the metropolitan area of St. Louis in Missouri.
