Shing02

Shingo Annen ( born 1975 in Tokyo) is a Japanese- American rapper. He is better known by the stage name Shing02 or rare Vector Omega.

Life

Annen spent his childhood in Tanzania, the UK and Japan. At the age of 15, he moved with his family to Oakland, California, where he attended a school in Berkeley. Already at an early age began to Annen for rap music to be interested and able to establish itself as an independent rapper and songwriter after a few months in the local scene. 1996 Shingo Annen returns back to Japan where he produced to date with Mr.Higo of Mary Joy Recordings cooperation and music.

Features

Typical of Annen music are often socially critical texts or texts which refer to the beauty of life and nature. In addition, he never uses in his lyrics obscene or offensive words, which often Shing02 " sophisticated " texts are attributed. His sounds are heavily influenced by reggae, jazz and traditional Japanese music.
