Shire of Capel

Capel is located in the southwest of the state on the Australian west coast about 180 km south of the capital, Perth. The seat of the Shire Council is located in the village of Capel, where about 1450 inhabitants.

Management

The Capel Council has nine members. They are elected by all residents of the Shire. Capel is not divided into districts. From the circle of Councillor also the Chairman of the Council ( Shire President) recruited.
