Shoshenq V

Sheshonk V. was of about 774-736 BC an Egyptian pharaoh (king) of the 22nd Dynasty ( Third Intermediate Period ). He was the son and successor of Pami.

Titulary

Rule

Before his accession to the throne after the death of his father he was probably high priest of Amun at Tanis. From the first years of his reign, there is little construction activity.
