Si Rattana District
Amphoe Si Rattana ( Thai: อำเภอ ศรี รัตนะ ) is a district ( Amphoe - administrative district ) in the center of the province of Si Saket. The Si Saket province is located in the northeast region of Thailand, the so-called Isaan.
Amphoe Si Rattana borders the following districts (from north clockwise): Amphoe to the Phayu, Nam Kliang, Benchalak, Kantharalak, Khun Han and Phrai Bueng. All Amphoe located in the province of Si Saket.
Si Rattana was on March 5, 1981 as a small district ( King Amphoe ) was established by the four Tambon Si Kaeo, Phing Phuai, Sa Yao and Tum were separated from Amphoe Kantharalak. On May 26, 1989, he was promoted to Amphoe.
Amphoe Si Rattana is in seven communities ( tambon) organized, in turn into 90 villages ( Muban ) are divided.
There is a small town ( thesaban tambon) in the district:
- Si Rattana ( Thai: เทศบาล ตำบล ศรี รัตนะ ), consisting of parts of the tambon Si Kaeo and Saphung.
In addition, there are seven " Tambon Administrative Organizations" (TAO, องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล - administrative organizations) in the district.
