SIAI-Marchetti S.210

The SIAI Marchetti S.210 - was a light, twin-engine travel and business aircraft of the Italian aircraft manufacturer SIAI - Marchetti from the 1970s.

It was designed for one pilot and up to five passengers and is equipped with two Lycoming four-cylinder boxer engines of the type TIO -360 - A1B with 200 hp starting power.

The top speed was 375 km / h the normal cruising speed 345 km / h at an altitude of 5700 meters. The maximum range was 1900 miles, and the service ceiling was 8500 meters. The curb weight was 1080 kg, maximum take-off weight 1850 kg.

The first flight of the prototype took place on 18 February 1970. 1971 followed the Vorserienbau of ten machines.

The S.210 is based in many parts and the basic design of the cell on the single-engine aircraft of the same company as the SIAI - Marchetti S.205 SIAI - Marchetti S.208 and the time around 35 machines of this type were produced p.210.
