Sibbinda (rarely also Sibinda ) is a constituency in the Caprivi region in Namibia. Administrative seat is the town of the same name Kongola. The county has 9164 inhabitants ( 2004). on an area of 1,672 square kilometers.

Councillor of the constituency is Felix Mukupi of SWAPO, who won 2010 1918 votes in the regional elections that received 77.03 % of all votes.
