Siemens Financial Services ( SFS) is a division of Siemens AG, is a global provider of financial solutions in the business -to -business market. History

In early 2011 the Russian competition authority approved the acquisition of ZAO Delta Leasing, a provider of asset financing in Russia, too. In October 2011, Delta Leasing has been renamed OOO Siemens Finance and since then has been financing and leasing solutions for capital goods available. In June 2011, Siemens Financial Services Private Limited was established in India and the license of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI ) for non-bank finance companies ( NBFC license) received.

The end of 2010 was awarded Siemens Financial Services by the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin ) permission to conduct banking business in Germany. Siemens Bank GmbH expands with credits and guarantees the product spectrum of SFS in particular in the field of sales financing.
