Sierra Blanca Peak
The Sierra Blanca is a mountain range in the Sacramento Mountains in the U.S. state of New Mexico. The highest elevation is the Sierra Blanca Peak with an altitude of 3,652 m.
Location
The mountain range is located in the southern half of New Mexico, in east-west direction it lies approximately midway between the state borders. Parts of the mountain range belong to the Lincoln National Forest and the Mescalero an Indian reservation. The Sierra Blanca Peak is located about 15 km west- northwest of Ruidoso and just 50 km north -northeast of Alamogordo.
