Sigfrid Lundberg

Ernst Sigfrid " Sigge " Lundberg ( born February 25, 1895 in Funbo, † May 19, 1979 in Uppsala ) was a Swedish racing driver.

From the mid 1910s until the 1920s, was Sigfrid Lundberg of the best cyclists of Sweden. He was five times Swedish champion in the team competition of the time trial. In 1916 he was also national champion in the time trial. In 1923 he won the Skandisloppet, the oldest bicycle race in Sweden, which in 1909 held for the first time.

1920 started Lundberg at the Olympic Games in Antwerp. In the road race, he was ranked 22 in the team competition he won with Harry Stenqvist, Ragnar Axel Persson Malm and silver.

The UCI Road World Championships 1922 in Liverpool was Sigfrid Lundberg eighth in the road race in the amateurs.
