Sigma-class corvette

The Sigma - class is a class of corvettes of the Dutch Damen Shipyards Group. They are similar to the German corvette K130 designed between the speedboat and the frigate.
The design of the Sigma corvettes is designed so that it can be modular to meet the needs of customers. Indonesia
The Indonesian variant is based on the type Sigma 9113 design. Construction of the first unit, KRI Diponegoro, began in October 2004. September 16, 2006, she was baptized and accepted into service on 2 July 2007.
The option for another two units was commissioned in January 2006 claim, wherein the first unit was on 3 April 2006, set in the ladies' yard in Vlissingen on Kiel.

Morocco
On 6 February 2008, Morocco signed a contract for two SIGMA 9813 corvettes, and a frigate SIGMA 10513 with a total budget of 1.2 billion U.S. $.
In addition, a contract with Thales to supply electronic systems, command and control systems such as sensors was closed on 1 April 2008. The package contains a TACTICOS combat management system, SMART -S Mk2 surveillance and LIROD Mk2 target illumination radar, Thales Kingklip sonar, IFF systems, communication systems, the ESM system VIGILE, the ECM system SCORPION and navigation systems closed.
