Silvestre Siale Bileka

Silvestre Siale Bileka ( born 1940 (?) ) Was from 1992 to 1996 Prime Minister of Equatorial Guinea.

Political career

He comes from the island of Bioko and was trained in Spain and in Switzerland for lawyers. After 1982 he was a member of the Supreme Court and Minister of Justice. As the entire political elite of the country, he joined the Unity Party, founded in 1987 PDGE the President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo. On 4 March 1992, he became prime minister of the country and stayed until 1 April 1996 in office.

In January 2000, he became President of the Supreme Court. From this office he resigned on 23 January 2004.
