Silvio Bankert

Silvio Bankert (born 13 July 1985 in Luckenwalde ) is a German footballer who plays for FC Chemnitz since 2010.

Career

In his youth Bankert played for Energie Cottbus and the FSV Luckenwalde. In 2004 he came back to the Lausitz to Energie Cottbus, where he already regularly allowed to play in the reserve team. At a use in the professional team but Bankert had to wait in vain. In 2008 he transferred to 1 FC Magdeburg. Here he completed 54 Regional games and a DFB-Pokal match against Energie Cottbus. In his current club, FC Chemnitz, Bankert played from a substitute high for a master player. With the Sky Blues, he was the 2010/11 Master of the Regionalliga Nord and rose to the third league. There, the league was in the 2011/12 season with a ninth place safely managed Bankert was involved with 27 games on it. Since the 2013/14 season Bankert is the captain of the Chemnitz FC.
