SIM University

The SIM University (german SIM University, short UNISIM ) is Singapore's fourth university recognized by the Ministry of Education since 2005. It originated from the SIM Open University Centre was founded in 2002 and is still housed in the buildings in the Clementi Road. The acronym originally stood for SIM Singapore Institute of Management, the name of the predecessor institution.

The SIM University has approximately 6,500 students who are most in professional life and pursue part-time studies or training courses. The broad study offer covers areas of four faculties: Arts & Social Sciences, Business, Human Resources Development and Science & Technology.
