Sime Darby is a Malaysian company based in Kuala Lumpur. It is listed on the Malaysia Stock Exchange in the FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI.

The company was founded in 1910 by British entrepreneur William Sime and Henry Darby, the plantations docked for rubber production. Also, palm oil and coca was grown in that time. The company merged in January 2007, which was founded in Singapore in 1821 by Alexander Guthrie Kumpulan Guthrie Berhad trading company.
