Simha Flapan

Simha Flapan ( born January 27, 1911 in Tomaszów Mazowiecki, Poland, † April 13, 1987 in Israel ) was a Polish- Israeli historian and politician.

Simha Flapan emigrated in 1930 to Palestine. In 1957 he founded in Tel Aviv, the monthly magazine New outlook. He was national secretary of the party Mapam. His most famous book is The Birth of Israel: Myth and Reality.
